K bhatia construction is a private construction company. Its headquarter is in Bandra( west) , Mumbai, Maharastra. It is one of the successful construction company whose branches is spread in other big cities of India and their also they have become a successful builder.

Construction done by k bhatia construction company is generally for upper class people and for common people it is not suitable. It construct mostly costly apartment whose flat is also too costly which make it less famous in common people.

K Bhatia constructions Mumbai are in no doubt are a small name for the estate development and construction of buildings. They build one if the best flats and building and are renowned builders. They are also in Delhi but they also have branches in banglore, Kolkata and Delhi.

The construction done by the K Bhatia constructs in not for everyone. The facts and building made by them are mainly for upper classes so the people in middle class nd below cannot afford it. The construction is mainly for the posh residents and re very costly.

Recently they have been accused of giving bribe to a judge for the construction of building in the illegal place which have put a mark on their reputation and the reason why it is really risky to get a flat or buiding made by them as any decision regarding their bribe case can make them go out of business. Even though they had a good reputation I will not recommend it as it is really not safe due to the current allegations.

K bhatia construction is a very good construction company which I ever seen.they are very good in their duty and decision.

They not only give their client a valuable suggestion but also they give modern idea and creativity to them.they are very creative in nature and they are fulfilling their aim and destination.as per my view they are very good to built any type of construction but they are focusing only certain field.

They have a expert engineer and a group of good and honest labour for which they are very polite. So I suggest any one of k bhatia construction a  good future and my good wishes with them always.so go for k bhatia construction.

This is the waste constructions

I have noted that bhatia constructions constructs very slow than other constructions.the workers will not work like as we expected.they mostly wants to get rid of their work but they want their wage rates.the enginners donot consider our words.they do as they like.

The rates of this constructions is quite expensive.some of the workers donot know the basic knowlege of mixture of concrete in proportions.due to slow working constructions you cannot construct your buildings as fast as you expected.they usually contact their personal men for bricks, cements and iron.they donot want you to choose for this equipments.due to this fact the cost of building will increased to fifteen percent which is unbearable.i donot recommend it to any one.

Also good exterior work.also good in safety wise.all projects are in good location.its loacation makes me fan of them ideas.honest work and honest in his deal.

They qre especially known for there luxuries interior decoration and development of construction.there rates are reasonable and are developed in posh areas

K Bhatia constructions Mumbai is very famour for its estate development by construction of buildings. They also have other branches in kolkata , delhi.

These construction company is no doubt a very good construction company but its constructions are very expensive and also I have heard from many people about having leakage and construction defects which is after paying a lot of money and still experiences these faults is nothing you would want to have when you are living in your new home.

Also this company is these days charged with paying bribe to a high offcial for constructing buildings at illegal land.Now it is a risk to have constructions done by them if tomorrow they are charged guilty their company may shut and your constructions may be stopped in middle.Its a risk also. This company is really expensive so no chance for a normal middle class person to live in an expensive flat.Any ways I won't personally go to them and recommend due to their current reputation .

Guys my uncle recently booked a flat in Hill glade which is a project by this developer in Bhandup. My uncle bought it in resale from an investor , it was an unused flat.

But its been just 2 years to this building and the cracks and leakages have already started to show their effects. The building is designed well and amenities are also well maintained but the basic construction quality is not that great.

K bhatia design beautiful building. My friend contucted their house from these k bhatia construction its very amazing. I am vert interesed in k bhatia construction I will give my house construction work for k bhatia construction company. So believe me it is a good company. And it is reputed no fraud case is there.

On our view these are good for you to constructed any type of development.

It is a nice construction company it have no record.

At minimum price the finish the work in minimum day also better than enough.

They have different kind of techniques and they make a different kind of infrastructure seen flats.

This is very good company and they build lot of apartments in Mumbai. And the quality is very good.

I visited one of the apartment and saw with my own eyes the quality is very good and the look of the apartment is also very good stylish. We want to take a flat in that apartment.
