Construction quality not at par

Review On K Bhatia Constructions, Mumbai

Guys my uncle recently booked a flat in Hill glade which is a project by this developer in Bhandup. My uncle bought it in resale from an investor , it was an unused flat.

But its been just 2 years to this building and the cracks and leakages have already started to show their effects. The building is designed well and amenities are also well maintained but the basic construction quality is not that great.
