I would like to write a review about this builders. Once I called them for a new project start up.

They meet us directly and discuss the plans. But whatever plans we are telling, that they were not agreed. There were telling some difficult plans which is very costly and not affordable to us. The advance that they needed was also too high.

Even though we continue with them. But the raw materials they they used wad not a good quality products and within one year the roof got leakage due to some construction problem.

They spend more money for the interior designs and tiles which they fixed. They didn't use any precautionary construction also. Their ideas and concepts are very old.

The staffs are not helpful. If we asked them any doubts they should reply in rude manner only. And they didn't complete the entire project in the expected date. Due to the delay of their works we faced some problems. Even if we called them also they won't answer the call in time. And call back after two or more days.

The product implementation rate is too high. After the work we spend double money as they told earlier.

So I am not happy with this, and I won't recommend others about this developers. Should needed many more improvements.

Juhi developers has been working hard few years and gaining popularity in the field of real estate bussiness.my maternal uncle who recites in mumbai brought a flat from juhi developers and he is very happy by the services they provide.

customer service-well talking about the services it is well-to-do one.i love the way they support eachother so that the customer will get ultimate beneficial.once you join hands to this developers I assure you will not regret afterwards

staff courtesy: - well they love help others.when my uncle visited the way they behave he felt like buying a flat from his family members!

rather I would rate 5/5 for there service and constant support!

I purchased a property in Navi Mumbai developed by Juhi Developers. I surveyed property for couple of months and selected it as per my requirement. The deal was negotiated and finalised and token money was paid. Juhi Developers called me after some days and told that this flat belongs to one of my investor who is investing in my other projects so though it is a resale property but practically we will provide all logistics and you do not worry about anything. I was little confused but finally went ahead. Juhi developers provided me all support and cooperated so well that I did not feel any time for a moment that I am buying a resale property. The staff is so supporting and ready to understand the situations. I have completed my transactions and taken possession of property.

I am very glad and overwhelmed and would like to deal with Juhi Developers again.

Juhi Developers locayed near Navi Mumbai at Vashi have started there business 10 year ago and now they are well known builders in  Mumbai. These developers have similar tactics of flats and villas but in very cheap and reasonable amount.

The materials used in the flats from cement to wires are A1 quality and are calamity free there buildings and villas are all earthquake proof and you need not to worry about any thing. But still you should be carefull.

The staff is very polite and we made a demo flat tour which was looking very nice and beautiful , I just wanna say that if you want to buy a flat near Vashi then do visit their flats once.
