It is not everywhere that we find homes for every budget yet, to our specific preference. The change in cost was based on the amenities added to the basic structure and therefore, there is no quality compromise. The environment, you won't get such pleasing environment anywhere .

We get constant updates about the building progress from the site engineers . They make sure you get what you actually desired , even the small specification you mention them .

quality customized villas for the buyer. The location of villas are in the perfect view for nature.The customization starts for the elevation design, tile, paint, sanitary ware , ect.,

I am so satisfied with their on time delivery.

Most builders today have standard row house planning when it comes to villa projects.However, I was shown the varied designs opted for by other clients. This, and the fact that I had the libertyto sit with the designers gave me a self designed feel to my home.

After a brief tele conversation expressing my interest in their projects.

I was invited and personally escorted to their Villa palacio site.

I was able to see the real time progress of other sites and also the quality of their finished homes before booking my own plot.

The fact that all this happened on a single layout is the dynamism of their experience.

As a firm believer in luck and good omens, I had a problem finding the right site orientation and satisfactory planning for the same.

Since all their designs are customer specific, Deepak and his eminent team made sure that finding a vastu compatible home was not as big a challenge as it posed.

Most organizations keep shifting the point of contact however, here, I was introduced to the CEO and the entire design team.

This made the chain of communication extremely effective.

I was able to sit with the designers and implement changes yet, keep a track of the pace and development of the work through the CEO contact.

The company was kind enough to show us sample villas and elevation designs both as visualizations and on site. This helped me settle and fixate on my ideas and the kind of finishing I needed.

Post this all I had to do was provide them with acknowledgements to proceed and the house was finished with all civil works and interiors as expected and most importantly on time.

JRD has manage to convince us that we made a right decision on investment.

From the time we walked through their doors in search for ideas they have been ever so kind in guiding us to choose a budget friendly option and have helped us during the course of construction as well.
