JMR DEVELOPERS+ELECTRONIC CITY+DODDATHOGUR= RIPOFF

Review On JMR Developers, Hyderabad

We responded to a newspaper ad (see photo) placed by JMR Developers for a 2bhk, ready to occupy flat near Audi Service Station in Electronic City (Bangalore).  It was mentioned that starting price was 23.5 lakhs. The starting price quoted is a lie, he's got nothing on offer less than 25 lakhs and the only thing he's willing to sell for 25 lakhs is in a sewer called Doddathogur.

We went from central Bangalore to Electronic City just to see this place, and upon reaching E-City I was told that the flat near Audi was no longer available, but that there was another near Velankani Tech Park.  Upon reaching the tech park, the guy told us he would send another guy to show us the place, so we waited in front of the tech park for a while.

When guy #2 called my cell, we found that he was either illiterate or seditious, as he was either unable or unwilling to communicate in Hindi (or English) and would speak only Kannada, as if Karnataka is a foreign country separate from India! I called guy #1 again and demanded he either send someone who can speak the official national language of India or come in person, so then he proceeded to give us directions.

He sent us to an unsafe, stinking slum in Doddathogur!  Why unsafe?  Because my wife, covered head to toe in shawl hijab, long sleeve kurti, long pants was being leered at by goondas!!

We immediately exited the neighborhood and my wife spoke with guy #1 again to tell him we wanted to see the flat that was advertised.  He forgot that he had already lied to me (when he said it was unavailable) and changed his story, saying it was in fact available but would cost 39 lakhs instead of 25!!

But, I guess I should thank the unprofessional scab for causing me to waste time in Electronic City, as it gave us an opportunity to really walk around and see what it's like there.

What is Electronic City like?  Well, not worth investing in, that's for sure!

Turns out Electronic City is a micro-Delhi, but without Delhi's infrastructure.  What do I mean by that?  I mean that E-city is chock full of lewd, hyper aggressive lumpen philistines who think being out of their openly defecating, rape-trap villiages for the first time is an excuse to spit and urinate in public, drive recklessly and brazenly leer at fully clothed, hijab wearing women.

Forget the slum!  Just outside the gates of Wipro, HP, Infy, etc. one will find these insecure, immature, uncouth men in ridiculously tight pants and very silly shoes showing everyone how perverted and uncivilized they can be with their leering, peeing, spitting, belching, bellowing, etc.  (Money does not improve the lumpen, he uses it as an excuse to remain a lumpen!)

Walking through E-city feels the same as walking through Delhi, except the pathetic infrastructure might kill you before a barbarian has the chance.  And I mean the infrastructure is just as horrible as the rest of Bangalore, but worse because it lacks traffic control altogether- no stop lights or safe crosswalks, only speed bumps that do not force drivers to stop for pedestrians.

One would think that being free of the BBMP's boundless stupidity would result in a modern, scientifically planned township...but noooooo.  It's obvious that the brains behind E-city's creation are of dysgenic quality and most likely are housed in lazy bodies that don't actually walk anywhere.
