The developer has fooled the original residents by not giving the rents since years.

He and his company has cheated by not giving the right area, delayed the project for years now (12-14 years).

His project is facing lots of cases in the court and all are in the record. (Pls Google and check)

This builder is such a cruel person to the society who don't bother for old aged resident's.

Many old tenants are without any financial backup and are not getting any rents. The developer is responsible for this miserable situation and other health issues to them.

Whoever is thinking of buying flat from him or dealing with with cheat company, think 100 times before buying flat from him and believing his fake false promises.

The premium project of Jewel of Queen, is a sale-able tower on redeveloped land of Vaidyawadi. It is been constructed on the scammed land of existing residents of the Vaidyawadi project. The incapable builder has not only fooled the existing residents but also coerced them into forcefully signed agreements compromising larger interest of other society members and their lives.

Kothari and his company has maximum number of litigations pending on them in various courts, which is something the owner(Kothari) proudly mentions in all his meetings. Hence you can get the moral level of this person and his company, Kushalraj Land Developer, which keeps on changing names for reasons known to them.

Not only is he NOT bothered about age-old & original residents of Vaidyawadi and their health but also least interested to pay them due rent, which runs into crores. This is just some of the frauds he has done so far in the 12 years long-standing dispute with the residents.

Still after knowing this, if you are planning to invest here, in this already complicated and project full of litigations, not only you will face difficulties in terms of getting the amenities mentioned but also there are high chances of you getting fooled again by the developer. Better stay away from it, invest only if you are familiar with court matters.
