Review On Jewel Homes Private Limited, Cochin

The apartment is in good locality & infopark is very near by. Hardly 5 minutes drive. Built is of average quality & you have all the amenities required. Added advantage is the power backup in all rooms. There is a small grocery shop nearby & you have a bank/ATM/post office/medical camp all in walkable distance. You do have a kindergarten, an engg college, MBA school, primary, upper primary & high school very near by. All is good. But the main issue is that, Brahmapuram solid waste processing plant is just few yards behind.

A search on google map will show you the proximity. atleast 2-3 hrs a day, it stinks here (very badly). But rent here is on a higher end, due to the IT industry. Same case with Jewel Keningston & Jewel Richmond. Those who want to 'invest' & rent it out, it's a good option. Rent is not going to come down in near future.

Advise: Avoid, if you are able to shell out 5 more lacs.
