Review On Jaypee Greens, Noida

I have booked a flat in Jaypee Greens Wishtown project.

Jaypee Infratech, a venture of a very respected business group in india M/s. Jaypee Assosciates, has launched Jaypee Greens Wishtown on Noida-greater Noida expressway. On paper this group & this project both looks very very impresssive. But you face the reality when you deal with them.

I share with you a brief roadmap of journey through which Jaypee will take you if you wish to be a part of their Wishtown project:

1. Jaypee has created sister concerns like M/s. Helios, M/s BOP etc for selling of its projects

   
   




2. They will do everything for you till you handover the booking amount cheque to them.

   
   




3. After that, you need to have good faith in that almighty GOD so that your money is not getting drained out into some other projects of jaypee.

   
   




4. Your dealer will keep on telling you that you will get the allottment letter(which is required for bank funding) within 15 days. These 15 days will never be over even in 2-3 months.

   
   




5. You try to contact jaypee's customer care / sales teams & everybody will politely give you another contact number to talk to. This chain sometimes go to 8 to 10th person while your query still remains unresolved. Such big is the organization with no-body having anything to tell you.

   
   




6. If at all you find somebody with some knowledge, please do expect that he / she may tell you that the tower in which you have booked the flat doesn't exist in their records. But don;t worry, keep a brave & strong heart. Have full faith in GOD.

   
   




7. They will ask you to go back to your dealer & check again. The dealer will suggest not to go with the words of jaypee customer care & will ask you to believe in what he says.This is a vicious cycle of Jaypee Project you are trapped into now.

   
   




8. And its not ending here, there are some more shocks to bear: The floor plans not yet approved, there is a heavy loading on the flat are i.e if you book a 1310 sqft flat, do expect to get around 900 sqft covered area.

   
   




9. Please don;t get too shocked if the jaypee sales / customer care guy say's that there is a doubling in the booking i.e. same flat booked in two name and you will be politely requested to opt for something else in the jaypee's platter.

   
   




10. Some of the reputed banks who were funding jaypee's project in downpayment option, now backed out. reasons very obvious. No considerable ground level progress in any of their projects.

    
    




11. Many of their projects which were launched more than a year back( Kayspo Court, pavilion Court etc) don;t show any impressive progress.

    
    

WELCOME to JAYPEE's WISHTOWN . hope the Almighty GOD helps in making this WISHTOWN a ground reality.

All these are the real experiences of lot of buyers of this project. Jaypee need to seriously take some initiatives if they really want to gain the confidence of its customers & get customers for their new dream projects like Sports City etc. They should come out of the black shadow  of high mismanagement they demonstrated in their project "Jaypee Aman" launched in Noida. If they don't gain the confidence through the existing  Klassic & Kosmos projects, its going to be a tough time for them to be customer's preference into residential sector. Lot of small builders who launched their projects in vicinity of wishtown are managing much better than jaypee.
