Non reciept of plot posession since last 8 years

We had purchased plot from this company 8 years back. At the time of buying, they promised a lot of things like access road, plotting etc. Till date they have not obtained land completely. Till 3 to 4 years repeated promises, no action. Now the company have stopped phone call response also. Please don't fall into the trap of this company.
