Janaadhar Shubha has only one floor plan of 656 sqft of 2 Bhk which is small I felt & project has STRR in front which work has recently started after 5 years but in investment view this is a good deal which makes 2 BHK for 20 lacs. I Met Mr.Lokanath at site who explained about the project but I was more curious towards Legal aspect of project then I happened to reveiew the legal by paying a token amount of 30, 000 which is considered as booking
