Actually today I will talk about this builder. We had a bad experience with Jamuna and Jamuna developers, Never trust them. Because of their cheating and fraud acting. They may be good in marketing and cheating us giving us empty promises.

They only need monet. My advice is never go for their pre-launch offers. Because they cheat me in this pre launching offer. They may show you the under-construction building, which is looking very nice and go to the extent of booking one flat in it, but later you may find out it has been assigned to someone else. This happen with me I booked a flat but when I go for documentation I will be surprised and shocked, this happens after I have given the cheque to them. Actually the third person pay more than me so they given to them but what happen with promises. In our case, we asked back the cheque because something was fishy, then they told they cannot give. This time I go for polive complaint  Then they started threatening also. I am very much dipressedd now what I do.
