Please ensure your flat papers are genuine, no lease on it or bank access.

Vijay and Sanjay Jalan are sweet talkers but never ever should you believe them.

Ensure you take ready possession as chances are they will never complete it.

There criminals should be behind bars soon or bankrupt.

Building: Sai Akanksha apartments,

Worst builder of Pune. The quality of work is horrible. All the tiles in my flat have literally popped up and that isn't just my flat, 12 out of 18 flats in my society are facing the same problem.

Took maintenance fund from us while giving possession and the fund was never deposited into the bank account of the society and the money wasn't returned to us either.

When my mom called them about the issue first of all they never respond and then when we contacted one local influential social worker to interfere the builder started threatening us on phone.

Please think 1000 times before buying homes from these cheaters.

I have booked flat in Aura city Project in C2 104, last 3 years, but till date i cant get possession from builder and builder not give any response or target date on which he complete the project all amenities which he agreed.

From July Jalan Group Committed they give 10000 charges as a rent, but till date he will not give any and not ready to give after so follow up, and current situation is bilder cant meet to any customer , how we get our dream home, which is tottaly detroyed by Jalan Gropu ( Aura City Project Shikrapur )
