When it comes to build a house or buy s pre build house then people generally prefer to the construction companies and so did my father, due to lack of money to construct a home he decided to buy a apartment made by this construction company, but the problem started there itself , first of all we paid the advance for the flat that we chose but after few days we were said to take another flat because that was already sold to someone, we had long argument and my father finally asked to return the paid advance but they requested to take other flat and later refused to give the money back , we were bound to take other flat and then my father did so.

The later on flat we took was above the flat we chose before and the same but a story above. Later on they created delay in doing paper work but finally after few month it was done and we were to shift to the place.

The construction of the apartment was not so good in few month there was damp in the balcony portion and there are many such demerits in regard to the house .

Customer service is not so good they do not attend their customers well, they just think them to be the needy and think they will do anything to take the apartment after paying the advance .

Staff are not cooperative and they created argument to us so I must nkt say good to them.
