Carefully check the construction quality

Review On Jain Srikar Constructions, Hyderabad

I have not purchased any flat in Jain Srikar Auroville but have one in another recently built gated community of Jain promoters and builders. I am personally irritated on almost daily basis with following issues in my apartment.

Big cracks across wall and some in ceiling

Not enough parking space

Seepage

Sloping issue

Maintenance amount issue with land owner flats

Not keeping all the promised made during flat purchase

No proper creation of entry gate

I would suggest people seeking any apartment in Jain Srikar Auroville should closely observe these points so as to make informed decision. Will also encourage to talk to person who has bought an apartment in his previous construction like Jain Sadguru heights or Jain cyber view.

Based on my existing experience I would not recommend it to anyone else.
