Please let me know if it will worth buying jain thoraipakkam, pebbel brook seeing consumer responses I am very scared they are telling they have heavy demand. Please advice whether vijay shanti would be a good option the consumer responses are very dreadful the issue of approvals is also scaring.

Couldn't find much satisfied consumer with jains there have been concerns on finishing as well. I prefer that location, will it be still worth to take the risk.

I hope you had made your choice of buying by now, however to clarify,kindly look into our phase 1 which is completed with all amenities
We have completed close to 187 projects and currently around 24 projects are on going across the south of India.
It?s a very difficult task to convince all the 20 000 customers so obviously we do have few reviews here and there. This is applicable to all builders.
we have ensured that the project has been handed over to all customers and today the price of that project is appreciated beyond you have imagined.
