I cant understand how a builder can show a different picture in Virtual tour in website & its totally the other way wen visit the construction site . When I visit the Nolumbur Construction to check & book a flat I was totally disappointed on their model.

The sqft they said is 1000+ but trust me each house is very small & it will not be 1000sqft & the worst part is the kitchen its too small & hall is also too small you have bathroom cum toilet in front of the kitchen & we can not put more than two small furniture in any room .

The balcony is the highlight you can have I leg inside bed room one leg in the balcony & catch the balcony grill.. I mean its too small not more than one person can stand and I feel it waste of space & it looks like a birds nest. all bed rooms are too small dont ever book a flat with out checking the original site .

Hope you are fine at your end. We are extremely sorry for the delay in addressing your issues.
Sir we have done close to 187 projects across south india and we have 24 projects running as ongoing construction.
We are known for elevation design ventilation and open space basically. We go by the design provided and we make sure if there is any changes its purely to improvise.
We have 50 to 55%uds on every 4 floor projects,however I guess if you had met the right person, we would have given the calculations right.
