Jains Green Acres, Pallavaram - a source of mental agony for all folks who booked here.Absolutely no communication on payment schedule or status of completion of flat, but they still slap a huge fine for delayed charges. Customer service is totally unreliable. No return calls. Will not make basic updations to your personal file like change of address/phone etc unless you make 3 or 4 calls.


b. Account books are a mess. I've had my payments credited to another customers account, and been slapped a deficit payment(!). Zero transparency in payments made to Govt, and in the account statements.


c. Lack of operational discipline - they wont give you realistic dates... just make you run around in circles. Will tell you the house will be ready in a week. Then, if you so happen to be in the vicinity and pay a visit, you'll realize it is barely in skeletal state i.e. we were told the house would be ready in a month 6 months back!


No way to give less than 1 star.

A: Sir as you know we are the only builders who have been handling 20 to 25 projects across south India,it is indeed a difficult task to be error free sometimes, however we take complete responsibility on the points you mentioned. we have corrected those areas now and we have a strong customer care team who are prompt .
b.Payments made to government are on collective basis,so to get individual it would take some time and hence the delay, otherwise they would have specified to you on why and for what we collect unpredictable charges of government
c. As a Jains Green Acres resident you will be a happy customer today,However keeping in mind your query,I would like to share that we had ensured that the project comes out well in terms of elevation, amenities and open space. We did have our own difficulties to manage the external factors and environmental factors which in turn had an adverse effect in few delays, but we ensured that the project has been handed over to all customers and today the price of that project is appreciated beyond you have imagined.
