There was no option of giving 0 stars so dont think I like them even a bit cuz I at least gave one....

This is one builder which will take your trip and leave you repenting.... for your money, your dreams of owning the house and in the end you are running around to get keys of the house .... all that you are going to get from dealing with them (in a sequence) is

before you buy

nice marketing pitches

big ads in newspapers

lot of marketing guys eyewashing you to buy

your installments going into their account one by one

numerous calls from their people to pay the EMIs

once the money has reached their pocket

no progress in your flats

nobody picks up the calls

the ones who pick up give you Tareekh pe Tareekh

if you insist too much, threats will follow...

poor construction and even different specifications put in flats

slowly move towards completion after years of waiting after the promised possession date

no honoring of contractual clauses on delays and resultant penalties... start running around once again but dont kill yourself for it cuz you wont get it anyways

incomplete facilities in your apartments.. lifts... common amenities ... are all compromised to get more benefits squeezed from an already raped project and its customers

you move in and then invest your own money to make the house livable cuz the very first monsoon you will start running with bucket and broom (to collect water from seeping walls and falling pieces of paint)

After you have done it all and still have or have not received the possession

come to sites like these... find all the sobbing souls like me to share your pains.... and give advise to those who have not bought one yet so that they dont repent the day they chose to buy anything from Ittina...
