Review On Ittina Builder

I am writing this review to alert others who are planning to do buisness with this builder. I bought a flat from one of thier projects "Soupernika" located at Sarjapura Road, Bangalore (near Wipro Office). This was a 3 bedroom flat of 2400sq ft which they said they will be partitioning into 2 flats 1200sqft each.

I entered into a deal in April 07 to purchase on of these flats. In August 07 the flat was registered in my name and they said they will finish the modification by end of August 07 and gave me a letter assuring me that all work will be completed by August 07. Howerver, no work had started till October 07 and after pressurizing them they started slowly and it dragged on till February 08. A flat that can be modified in 2 Months took 7 Months. The quality is also hopeless. I never come across such a hopeless, third rated builder like Ittina. They never live up to thier words and currently there are some minor work that needs to be completed and still they are yet to finish it.

Even thier MD is a big liar. She assured me that she will take personal interest in completing the flat, but she never bothered to attend calls that I made to her and always asked me to talk to her "Customer Service Executive" who are not organized and not aware of the progress of the work.

NEVER DO ANY KIND OF BUISNESS WITH ITTINA BUILDERS

Their catch phrase Luxury Redefined should be rephrased with Luxury Refined.

Hi,
You should have mentioned the location of the building or city where you purchased the property. Are they treating this to all residents or is it a personal issue with the builder? If all residents have complaints against the builder, you ca...n take legal action against Ittina with all documents of correspondence intact favoring your case.

Ittina Soupernika is located at Sarjapur Road, Bangalore. I have heard similar complaints from most of the flat owners.

I use to visit ittina soupernika often and it has such a cool and peaceful surrounding which gives the sense of disbelief in your statement.%0d%0ainfact one of my relative who has purchased one of the apartment and staying there for last three years...is quite happy and content with the service provided by the builder.%0d%0aclamness and soothing atmosphere tells some different story mr. sivam.%0d%0aIf you have personal grudge against the builder then this is a different issue. kindly dont spoil the name of the project which is situated at such a prime locality and at such a reasonable rates we bought it.  Read More
