Review On Ittina Builder

Ittina ABHA is beautiful! Don’t take my word for it but come and see it. Such wonderful breezy and airy flats over looking the garden. And Wonderful location!  I bought my second apartment here. I can almost walk to my office in Outer ring road, and I enjoyed the convience of being close to marathalli but also far enough for it to be nice and quite.

Now the cons - Ittina has well laid out plans but they seriously need to work on delivery issues. Almost everything about the project was delayed by a few months. My possession was given in 2010 and promised in 2009! L Some people were promised possession in 2008! However all is water under the bridge now. Still a few issues pending and I see lift work going on. Pool is ready but not yet handed over. I hope they hurry up and deliver the balance.

Overall I love the apartment and am happy with their decision. I hope the next generation management at Ittina can resolve the old issues and be more prompt on delivery.
