Very poor quality

Water leaks everywhere- water seepage from basement, from roof, pipe leaks, poor quality of plumbing materials

Collects one year advance maintenance fee and after possession again you will be asked to pay the maintenance fee for the current year in spite it is clearly mentioned in the document that you have already paid maintenance in advance for 1 year.

4.After sale service is very bad. No response for emails

After registration registrar charged additional 12000 to release the sale deed which the builder has to pay. At last builder will say that it was wrongly calculated so they are charging additional 12000. We don't have any other choice other than paying as we need the document.

6.Now it almost 5 years completed still he need to settle 9 lakhs as corpus fund.

Myself Stephen, I had a property in Chennai, CIT nagar .once I planned to sell my property through indiaproperty. They really helped for that they coordinate for site visit sharing my property location .in a time period of 2 months they closed that deal with a bank manager .Am an happy customer of India property.com my small suggestion to you all

There are many reviews here I don't know it's truth or not but this portal is really helpful for some one who can't take care of process in selling a property in this busy life schedule . Thanks for India property.com

The builder had built the Creations Valencia project in the same Navalur. I am residing in Valencia Apartment since I occupied the flat. We had seen many issues with the builder. The quality of the construction is very worst. The STP never works. Still we are facing the issue how to resolve the STP. Water quality is worst. Whatever the builder promised, they wont take into consideration once they sold. For example, they were marketing to sell the property saying, we have video door phone, 2 car parking slots etc. They had never done this. Water seepage is another problem. One of the worst quality they used for lift. Most of the time, the lift wont work in our apartment. We are still facing this issue. We are trying to seek another good quality lift with the help of association. Please consider all this and decide to but this builder's propery.

I would like to record my horrifying experience with India Property - Chennai, claiming to be the India's No 1 Real Estate website to Buy, Sell and Rent Property.

One of their associates "Thomson" approached us and claimed:

1. 
   Ready clients to buy my property.
   



2. 
   They will flash my property on their website and give it topmost priority for 2 months.
   



3. 
   They will also give us a number of client references to buy our property after going through a stringent screening process to check genuineness of the clients.
   

Thomson pursued us on an hourly basis to enroll ourselves with them by paying Rs.2750/- after which he will provide some ready clients immediately apart from assuring us the above services uninterruptedly for a period of 2 months.

I paid the amount on 9th Aug and till 20th Aug, Thomson was not reachable either by phone or by email. There was also no response from India Property for all my emails and phone call reminders asking them to provide the client references and putting my property on their website.

After a threatening message, Thomson hurriedly sent me 6 leads picked from the website. 4 leads turned to be utterly false. In-fact one of the'leads' threatened to go to the police because they were getting such calls continuously from India Property customers who had signed for the service! Other leads politely mentioned that they have no such requirement and neither have they registered with India Property!

Only one lead contacted us, but this was a lead who had also contacted us independently previously. This also turned to be a casual inquiry.

When I confronted Thomson giving above details, he confessed saying that their verification team did not go through the above leads and it was passed onto us without a proper check.

I have demanded India Property to return the money which I paid for the above services, since I they have misled me with such false leads and have not yet given me a lead who has seriously shown any interest in my property.

On this, they have stopped sending any leads nor returned our money!

I would definitely not recommend the services of India Property since they do not have any professional approach nor do they keep up their word.
