They are one of the builders in Chennai who will offer you discounted prices, but they cut it right out in quality. Terrible fellows. The team is another set of idiots. They do exactly opposite of that you tell him. I had to write email after email to get them to do one thing. And lastly they wont pay you rent for delay in project. Also they do additional unauthorized constructions. All they do is take money from you and sweet talk to you before you sign that construction agreement. Once you do that you are at their mercy.

I bought a apartment in India builders in anna nagar east before 2 years. This apartment is in 6th avenue.   I would like to refer this builders to all. Because these people are doing good. They are providing us good maintainance.

The building is also constructed as per vastu shastra. And the building materials used is of good quality. The apartment is built good looking with good aesthetic features. My house is built well with good lighting and ventilation features.

When we speak about the cost it is little bit higher than other builders. But they deserve it because of there quality.
