Incor is unable to pay from more than a year now

Incor carmel heights is not able to pay the brokers payments, even we are waiting for the brokerage from 1 year. with this even customers are facing the issues of delivery, they are cheating everyone with delay dates, no communication and the worst part is their finance guy never responds. we have to much outstanding we are planning to go BRAI and RERA for the complaints, any more brokers facing the issues lets connect.

Incor Carmel heights we have sold to many apartments not getting payouts from 1 year. They are not responding also. Very badly stuck with this developer. and they want us to help in selling not approved tower by the bbmp and rera, few customers got fooled already. existing all owners of the towers has to provide the consent for the other tower. they have received payments without approvals of rera which is illegal. developer run away with money customer cannot go to rera to complain. customer will lose their money. be careful with this developer. we will file rera complaint on this incor.
Not broker friendly they are not making any payout

I'm broker worked with incor Carmel heights, sold many apartments not getting payout more than one year passed, they are giving excuses now they are saying they do not have money to pay. beware of this builder.

Beware of the project it has a PG inside

The project is bang on the busy whitefield main road with towers being next to the traffic and noise. The builder is also doing a PG accommodation in the same project despite such a small size of the project. Also the labour issue due to covid will delay completion too

There are better project which are ready and slightly away from the main road.
