• They have not provided Amenties like Gym, Play Area till date its been almost 1.5 years after possession.

  
  




• The builder himself possess onwership of 4 flats and he has not submitted the maintenance of the 4 flats since June 2016( Possession ) .

  
  




• Builder is not co-operative in making a housing society as he wants to utilize the roof for further money making opportunities like hoarding, restaurant so on .

  
  




• Builder has held up the authority of the roof by getting apartment deed signed by few flat owners .

  
  




• Once he has got apartment deed he open his mouth by saying that now I will make money by utilizing the roof of the society .

  
  

-The intentions of the builder is not good, warning the new purchasers to stay away from builders by the name of Navin Kotwani( 8087777778) and mukesh( 895655552) .

• They are highly unprofessional and no ethics for business.
