The staff is not cooperative and official are least bothered after you locked the deal and have an agreement.There are charges like VAT which they never disclose how they are arriving to the amount.Upon asking the clarification CRM and account Dept's keep saying it is not their scope and we can, t disclose this.Feel like cheated as builder have power to bow down buyers easily so not recommend to go for the flat or take everything in black and white .
