Please don't encourage this builder. Poor quality of construction. You will never come across such a worst CRM team throughout India. I am still surprised what influence TIMES BUSINESS to give two awards to Honer for their most worst construction. If someone wants to purchase a flat, they have to keep huge amount handy for repairing works. Honer gives only partially ready flat. Owner have to purchase Granite, Tiles, Plumbing material, Electrical boards and wires otherwise builder will use all broken, cheap quality, company rejected material.

I have a flat in b block. I must say, being an owner of a flat, that Honer is the worst ever builder I've come accross.

Somebody here's been precise and apt about how they lewer buyers in by showing them the club house( which is already loosing it's charm, as there is no maintenance, though paid for, full, for 2 years in advance.)

I had multiple finishing works which was promised to be completed post handover, this has not yet been taken care of. I've written multiple emails to upper management, expressing how excruciating it is to get these so called wannabe "customer relationship management" team to finish my work. I've not seen the light of the day come still.

Honer's CRM is nothing but a team of incompetent losers who think they have authority to speak to customers as they wish. They go to an extent to call customers a son of a bitch( In telugu).

This is what we are dealing with.

I beg all the people to not fall prey to the sales and refrain from making any purchases here at Honer.

You might be wondering how an owner can give such a negative review, well! that's how painfull it is to be with Honer!!!

This is my honest feedback being the owner of flat in Phase1. Being aware though it's valuation will be reduced for the negative reviews, I must have to alert/awaken future Aquantis prospects/customers.

They could not deliver the project on time. And almost all flats have seepage issues. Very very low construction quality. I must want minus ratings for the construction quality.

They impress you with their awesome & well built model flat or club house but later you feel you laid your leg in mud/dung. Beware guys.

Don't believe in Sales team statements, later they turn out to be lies. They focus on their incentives only guys for number of sales. Their CRM is also pathetic, don't respond properly on time and so rude.

Don't be fooled by Club house / Model flats guys. You will be like us in helpless / embarrassing stage. You can't take back your money once invested. Think before putting your leg in mud guys.

Honer is failed to deliver their first project vivantis on time . Grace period also over still few months lag to deliver phase I with livable conditions. They hired TATA as their quality management partner but this is only for selling their flats in the name of TATA. But Tata is failed on their part and there are so many quality hick ups like seepage issues and other lack of planning activities . Please don’t believe their sales promises. Their sales team is excellent in selling flats by showing honer vivantis club house and with their marketing tack tics.Please ask them why they are unable to deliver vivantisproject with promised quality and timelines. Please don’t put your hard earned money in this .

All new consumers be aware, Honor Homes has never delivered project on time. I'm stuck with them wherever they need delaying the project for almost 3 years currently.

they're silent regarding when they can deliver the project. they have taken 90% cash. No penalty, no response to client queries.

can ne'er advocate this builder to anyone? bear in mind!

Please unfold this to everybody you know. Don't fall in entice with this builder. Not reliable in the least. Don't believe me ask different customers.

Visit their actual construction site. Project is delayed for nearly 2 years and no commitment up to now.

I invested my hard-earned money in Honor Homes in 2017 and that they are taking the cash installments from customers even after they had not even started the development yet for thus many years. I actually have not only lost my money however I'm still repaying the loan amount also. It is already terribly delayed and wouldn't end within the stipulated timeline of 2 years.

I'm reaching to file a complaint against them in RERA and ask for my a reimbursement together with the due interest. If you've got also been cheated like me and would love to hitch with me during this complain and let's move and fight against Honor Homes. after we all complain along to RERA, there'll be a resolution definitely.

A group of quite 50 owners has approached the Telangana State Consumer Disputes Readdress Commission against Honor homes over delay in delivery of flats at the developer’s project Honor Homes in Hyderabad.

These owners are among the 500 customers who are expecting possession of their homes since 2017 despite having paid 90% of the entire amount. The matter is scheduled to be detected on September 2

And you won't believe what crap they need to be created out of it, each flat owner is crying his blood out, however these individuals don't seem to be at all upset, so rude and assured that they'll depart with all irregularities in every flat and that we the flat homeowners will suffer for period of time. If you continue to need to verify yourself, move to society and catch any one of the flat homeowners.

I warn you all to not invest even a penny with these thieves.

"When I booked in Aug2018 I used to be secure an early possession by January 2019. that they had place up massive banners "FASTEST CONSTRUCTION, EARLY POSSESSION" etc. however I don't see any signs of early possession as it's Jul19 currently and as per agreement possession ought to be by December 2019. I even have been following up since June 2019 and that I get identical reply Sir we tend to expect to finish by next month. The project opposite to that that has started construction in sep2019 is almost complete.

client service is non-existent. Before booking everybody was desperate to show us around. once booking they don't care. If you would like to do a visit they'll purpose you within the direction and provides your helmets. nobody can accompany you or guide you regarding what's the standing of the project. wherever is your flat placed what quantity it's complete etc. they're no tuned in to your queries and are additional interested in new customers.

"Warning all investors and consumers, this business house goes by the name - "Honer Vivantis"

All the advertisements and hoardings are simply an lotion, we tend to bought 2 flats within the project - in 2018 with a promise to induce the possession in April 2019. we tend to are investors from UAE and Australia

The project isn't even prepared for possession and that we are here in July 2019. we tend to talked to the investors and got some insight from the media and located that this company is take an enormous founder in name because of delay due to lack of funds.

there's no future vision to end comes on time too.

The management is simply into sales and promoting and no once sales support.

client care is freewheeling and extremely careless, they don't reply to calls, there's no client service in the least infarct once the sale is created.

there's no updates from Management on once the project are going to be prepared.

The timeline provided earlier for project completion has ne'er been adhered to. Final word- the product and amenity promised within the project has conjointly been compromised.

I had fed up with Honer Home. They even cant provide all required documents for loan Assistance from Bank. But they very efficient in charging Interest on the payment delay. Never go for this builder.

Agreement send by them talks about there benefits and its one-sided. Never trust on this builder, while selling the property they promise a lot. But once you booked, then they treat us like a beggar."
