The maintenance of the respective block is maintained by the respective association except for the newly occupied apartments.The current rate is at par with the market standards.We reiterate that the property is built as per the concerned authorities and all approvals, NOC’s, OC has been obtained. The allegations are flase and baseless.
We appreciate your honest acknowledgement that we offered you the best value for your hard earned money at the time of purchase. We, however, always do so on all our properties and it is a milestone for our competition to follow.
Please note that we are a real estate developer for more than two decades in Bangalore and have some of the best known properties to our credit. Several apartments are being sold only after due verification with the facts with HM including the relevant records and the site walk through and interactions with customers. The fact that most apartments are sold through referrals are a testimony to our stand.
Having said that, we would appreciate if you could share your apartment number and block since it doesn't match with our customers records.
