We have recently associated with MouthShut to connect with customers through the forum and address their concerns
HM World City is an integrated township project being constructed in phases where currently we have 700 customers residing. The project location is available for a walk through for customers to verify that the submitted claim of development being in progress. We reassure that no false claims are being made. Several apartments are being sold only after due verification with the facts with HM including the relevant records and the site walk through and interactions with customers. The fact that most apartments are sold through referrals are a testimony to our stand.
We value our customers thoughts and concerns, we have Clarity on all the points specified by you, and we have strong viewpoints too on some of them.
Please note we are very keen to clarify here the concerns mentioned but are constrained as some of the matters referred is sub-judice and therefore with due respect to the Law, it would be inappropriate to discuss in a puRobotouchc space.However, we would like to clarify that the cases so filed and notices that have been sent are for specific payment defaults and not anything else.
