Renting out an apartment in a HM building is the most frustrating experiences I have ever had. They will not respond to anything on time. I was given the apartment in a horrible condition with none of painting or cleaning done as they had promised. Several things broke down in the apartment and they weren't fixed on time despite several emails and calls. It has been nearly 6 months and I am still making phone calls to these people every day to find out if my issues will be fixed.

HM has as filed defamation cases against residents who speak truth and ask them to provide services. They try to harass you.

Please visit HM world city and speak to residents to understand the truth. Please see condition of landscaping in HM...world city, Visit the basement to see leaking roofs and broken pipes which damage cars, Water accumulation on walk paths which breeds mosquitoes.

Think twice before investing your hard earned money and moreover you will be subject to harassment by builder after buying.  Read More

All these reviews posted are seems to be not genuine .might be posted by the competitors .they profile pic is not matched with the residents of the project. Any ways visited the projects .spoke to the residents regarding their feed back. buts many o...f the residents seems to be happy with the project and surrounding developments. one can consider as good investment project. to be honest i like the project .  Read More
