Renting out an apartment in a HM building is the most frustrating experiences I have ever had. They will not respond to anything on time. I was given the apartment in a horrible condition with none of painting or cleaning done as they had promised. Several things broke down in the apartment and they weren't fixed on time despite several emails and calls. It has been nearly 6 months and I am still making phone calls to these people every day to find out if my issues will be fixed.

HM truly understands and values every relationship with our esteemed customers. We by far do not categorize our customers as either a tenant or owner. However, while doing so there could be probability of missing on the timelines given which may cause inconvenience to the customer. HM in all such probabilities keeps the customer communicated.
