After staying in HL City, Sec-37 Bahadurgarh for last 1 year. I am sharing a few observations here.
When we select a society then what we look for? I looked for below items and HL builder market these points as well. I am trying to share real facts that I have seen over here.
- Difference between said and done:
While selling a floor builder promise a lot i.e. electricity cart service, 24hr electricity, and water. But as soon as you will be done with complete payment. Builder will redirect you to the RWA and avoid all concerns and RWA is also Team-B of the builder. They just take care of common facilities, even those not properly.
- Water Supply:
The biggest issue is water supply. The capacity of the tank is very less, and sometimes water does not supply even 2-3 days. They don’t have any backup plan for this as well. There is a rumor that dedicated water supply for HL will be done but status is the same for 1 year.
- Electricity:
When I purchased the flat, electricity was being provided by the builder. We have few electricity issues but sooner or later, issued used to get resolved by the builder but now builder is asking to get electricity meter installed from the government. I am afraid, govt agency will be able to manage underground electricity lines. God knows what will happen if any issue arises.
- Polluted air:
Here we have dumping point on Badali road just 800meter away from HL city. Every day they burn a lot of waste here and it became very difficult to even breath that time and has an impact for a long time this fire continues.
On Jhajjar road, we have a factory that runs in the night only and it is just 300 to 400 meters from HL. If you leave something outside your home in the night you will get a black layer on that item in the morning.
