Review On Hinduja Holdings Builder, Bangalore

Happy, Worth my Investment. I have just recently purchased this flat with my hard earned money and it is sad that such a beautiful project’s name is unnecessarily eroded at this comfortable stage.

I have a legal file copy provided I can see the commencement certificate dt 6/01/2009 and Occupancy certificate dt 20/02/2013 both issued by Bangalore Development Authority. Assuming 30 month construction period, delay seems to be about 19 months. However as I have been informed the CC got delayed because of environmental clearances.

This may have added a bit more delay for a few others. I think during that time this project was being constructed, most projects were facing similar delay due to recession and other reasons.

I am overall happy since it is worth for my investment.
