Review of High End Paradise: Windsor Paradise is another project of same builder1-Initially there were 300 flats in this projects which were increased to around 370 afterwards.
3-Sample flats are only to get idea of space nothing else, everything else is comes under interior designing. Even doors finish will not match in real flat.
4- Luxurious clubhouse . this is what I noticed when went to buy flat but in real clubhouse is merged with gym in very limited place. It seems builder(Mr. Jindal) don't have any idea what luxurious means.
Even after increasing the number of flats, builder didn't bother to increase clubhouse area.
5- badminton and basketball court, Builder just try to build something which he don't know how to build and results are bad.
6-Its more than a year builder could not complete paint work, its still going on. Parking is still not alloted.
7- Sales representatives of this or any project can tell you anything to make you buy their flats, please make sure everything is mentioned in agreement.
8-Most positive thing about this project is its location.
As it was first project of HighEndInfratech in Raj Nagar Extention, It could not meet the expectation of consumers.
Another project of same developer is
Windser Paradise.
If you are looking for a budget flat regardless of luxury facilities then its a goog project but don't expect much from builder,
But if money is not a problem then there are better, well known builders & projects in the market.
