Happy Home Housing, Hyderabad

Hi friends, it me your friend khaled from Hyderabad.Today I an gonna review about a housing society which is very famous in Attapur and Rajendra Nagar localities.

Well friend I am talking about happy homes housing opposite to pillar number 189. This housing society has many buildings with different names such as palace A and palace B.Towers 123456etc.

Best one among them is palace A and B.

Each tower has 5 floors with few flats of 1 bhk, few of 2 bhk.

The building is built in late 2001 and thus it looks very old building  with lots of problems such as frequent flowing of drainage water, Lift not working properly and requires regular repairs and there is no water taps available from government of Telangana.

Thus every member of flats has to get there drinking water from outside or order mineral water bottles.

Borewell which they have dries up in summer and thus leads to water problems.No proper parking facility available and also there is no proper security in parking place as there are very few street light.Thus most of the place looks dark in the night.one more draw back about happy homes is that they have a big wine shop at there entrance gate which will definately leads a bad impresion for the people who visit this place.

Thus I would never prefer this place to any body to stay on rent or for flats purchasing.
