Hanumant Builders and land developers is a Chandigarh based Construction comoany. I had a bad experience with them .

We planned to buy a 3 bhk in panchkula construct by hanumant builders . But the way they deal with you is very bad . If you have money in pocket than they try to convience you but if you are planning to purchase they even dont talk to you properly .

Staff is not supportive at all they dont know How to behave with people . I waited here 2 hours just to meet with person who will show me appartment and discuss the deal .

I was lucky who did not make purchase because it was completed 3 years late by thier timeline .

Hanumant Manufacturers and Land Engineers are not very great designers. I am stating this as I have utilized there administrations by and by to make a home in mohali. I utilized there administrations as they are arranged close to the arrive on which I need to assemble my home. In any case, I am not mindful about them that they are bad in there work. The significant issue which I confront with them are:

Client administrations: They are bad in there clients administrations. When I endeavor to chat with any staff part then nobody give careful consideration to me, they are occupied with there claim.

Staff Politeness: The staff is not in the slightest degree keen on doing any work they just need to be perfect constantly, no chief is checking the wrong doings of there work, it is I who deal with benefit of that to check the slip-up.

Item usage rate: They are bad in executing there work, the greater part of the work is not know how to fill in as they are new and nobody out then is master in this work.

At long last I will state that this Manufacturers are most exceedingly terrible in there work.

Hanumant Builders and Land Developers are not so good developers. I am saying this as I have used there services personally to make a home in mohali. I used there services as they are situated near to the land on which I want to build my house. But I am not aware about them that they are not good in there work. The major problem which I face with them are:

1. 
   Customer services:  They are not good in there customers services.  When I try to talk with any staff member then no one pay any attention to me, they are busy with there own.
   



2. 
   Staff Courtesy:  The staff is not at all interested in doing any work they only want to be ideal all the time, no supervisor is checking the wrong doings of there labour, it is I who work on behalf of that to check the mistake.
   



3. 
   Product implementation rate:  They are not good in implementing there work, most of the labour is not know how to work as they are new and no one out then is expert in this work.
   

Finally I will say that this Builders are worst in there work.
