Very honest and straightforward . Good quality of construction is done by them and no low quality materials are used . Very helpful staff and they make formalities and processes such as registration very smooth

This is the worst contract provider for building in our area. He has been given contract nine years back and it has been not completed till now.

Only half the work is completed. They are very slow and also don't have enough workers.

The implementation and charting changes every year as there is a problem here and there. This builder don't listen to anybody he just work according to him. He is also very harsh and rude. The part of the work which is completed is also not proper. The infrastructure is not strong. Even there is no water supply and electricity connections. Most of the people are staying on rent who used to stay here. And had paid great rent amount. I suggest to avoid giving contract to this builder.
