Fraud commitment, he cheated me

HKinfra is a fraud company, I have gave 4.5 LAC as booking amount to HKinfra in Nov 2015 back by cheque. and they confirm that registry of plot will be done in 1 month, but still I have not got plat. and when I ask to refund the money, they showing attitude . They launch site on lucknow - kanpur road, and sold the site and run away . They don't develop site. there is no road no power as committed.

I will not suggest any one to trust him
