I booked shop in gbp centrum . possesion time was sep. 2018 . but the floor's construction still not started. when I tried to cancel my unit . they threaten me to charge heavy interest. after that they stopped my assured return payment cheques too.

I met with their managing director - Anupam Gupta, but he is very Arrogant & hard hearten person. GOD ll punish them for their bad deeds soon.
Token Money not Refunded By GBP

Hi,

I am Devanshu Mallick and I made a payment of 10000 rs as a token money to GBP.

I met Rahul regarding plot who is working in GBP and he told me that sir we will hold this plot when u will gv us token money which is totally refundable .

Now due to some problem I change my mind and cancel to buy property .when I am asked rahul to returm my token money, he said it is not refundable.

This type of behaviour from your employees is totally unacceptable and making bad impact on your company.

please look in to this matter as you also don't want to spoil company name just because of this.

GBP is very best company. I also win RS 1000 gift voucher from GBP IPL contest. GBP builder is very genuine. Everything tell true about plots and offices. GBP knows good name in property lines. I like GBP logo which is in Blue colour. GBP has very much Land.

Many of his projects I have seen. It's zirkpur property Kurali property. I also from Kurali. GBP knows Gupta builder promoter.

GBP buliders are one of the best builders I have seen. Their project in derabassi is fabulous.

On barwala road.their area planning and facilities given to theri societies are the best. Proper space for childerns and religious places. Broad roads even to park your car in front of your house. They make their projects keep each and every facilities in their mind.

E.g. parking, play grounds, religious area, and security.

GBP is known as Gupta builders and promoters. the most varient builder in Tricity ( Chandigarh, Panchkula, Mohali). There are so many projects of GBP group. But I really like the upcoming project centrum. An awesome architecture well construction.
