Token Money not Refunded By GBP

Hi,

I am Devanshu Mallick and I made a payment of 10000 rs as a token money to GBP.

I met Rahul regarding plot who is working in GBP and he told me that sir we will hold this plot when u will gv us token money which is totally refundable .

Now due to some problem I change my mind and cancel to buy property .when I am asked rahul to returm my token money, he said it is not refundable.

This type of behaviour from your employees is totally unacceptable and making bad impact on your company.

please look in to this matter as you also don't want to spoil company name just because of this.
