I would like to share my worst experience. Green Nest Properties are not full filing their promises.

In the month of July 2018 I visited the site and asked whether if I book the villa of my choice by paying token advance and later on due to some reason if I cancel my booking will I get my full 100% token advance back?

And in repiled they promised that yes sir you can cancel at any point of time and you will get your token advance back as refund with 100%.

So I have booked one of the villa of my budget and paid token advance of Rupees Ten thousand and after a week I have decided to cancel a booking due I found better offer than this and I have written the letter requesting for cancellation of villa and please refund the token advance of Rupees Ten thousand and they said ok sir no problem please give us 2 days to refund your money and I said okay but after a week when I made a call to them they said Sir there are some charges of Rupees Thousand which you need to bare. I got shocked and said we have already decided that there wont be any kind of deduction at the time of cancelling villa. However, I have sent email and raised complaint with detailed explanation but, in replied they said they will be charging 1000 rupees as cancellaton charges and 3000 rupees as loan processing fee though I haven't given any confirmation to process my loan and they returned only 6000 rupees back without any explanation.

So guys please be carefull while booking any properties from Green Nest Properties they are not full filling their promises.
