Grand Shelters Builder, Pune

Introduction:

We (I and my spouse) were searching for a nice 3-Bedroom flat since June-2007. Finally, We noticed the project "Colina Vista" (4-Bedroom flats by Grand Shelters Builder) coming up in Baner-Pashan Link Road (next to Symphony Club) at Pashan, Pune. We just stopped by, enquired details, had few follow-up visits to get lot of our (silly + tough) questions clarified by the project manager. We evaluated so many factors and finally signed the agreement in Aug-2008.

Key reasons to why we signed-up with Grand Shelter's "Colina Vista" Project:

1. 
   Had face-to-face discussion with founder, project manager and site engineer. All of them truthfully nice people and didn't even intend to give false promises.
   



2. 
   Since our flat was at initial construction stage, we had chances to customize few things to fit to our need and interest.
   



3. 
   Builder had promised us to complete the project by May-2009 firmly.
   



4. 
   This project was their first project in Pune. (They had done some projects in Mumbai)
   

Summary of our experiences from Aug-2008 until moved in by Sep-2009:

1. 
   No hassles from the builder.
   



2. 
   Project Manager/Site engineers co-operated with us to make some internal custom changes. Their labours were very skilled and have done a very good job so far. They even provided several useful tips as well.
   



3. 
   They took some of our comments as well.
   



4. 
   We moved into our new flat by end of September 2009 though we could have moved by end of July, 2009.
   

Experiences after moved in:

1. 
   There were few small works pending which our builder took care and completed nicely.
   



2. 
   The club house-cum-indoor-game hall is getting ready. Game room will have table-tennis table, carrom board, foose-ball board.
   



3. 
   In an open area adjacent to parking area, a basket-ball board ((half-court!) is planned to be provided.
   



4. 
   Intercom in each flat (with a panasonic phone) has been provided.
   



5. 
   Video-phone has been provided to each flat and it works nicely. Eventually, it will be connected to main entrance so we can see and talk to the visitors before they enter into the society.
   



6. 
   A bunch of very nice collections of plants are being planted (now Feb 2010) around compound wall and also in a medium-sized garden area (adjacent to kids play area & club-house) as well.
   



7. 
   We have got nice neighbours as well!
   

8. We spend the weekends & evenings at our nice balcony and enjoy the hill-view.

1. I can now recommend this builder even more strongly and honestly as I & my spouse (and kids too!) feel more satisfied. We have made a right choice at right time, I guess!!!

Some details about the "Colina Vista" project:

   Total 4 floors.
   



2. 
   4-bedroom flats (in floors-1, 2 and 3, each floor has 4 flats of each ~2000 Sq Ft, )

   5-Bedroom flats (just 2 flats located only in 4th floor, each of size ~3000 Sq Ft.)
   



4. 
   Total 14 flats, no swimming pool, big park etc. However, small kids play area, Indoor game room (instead of Gym!) are provided!
