Geetha and Ram Mohan - G R Promoters founder. Guys please be very careful with these guys, Ideally these guys should be in Jail but due to our weak administration they are roaming free.

Very big cheaters and highly unprofessional, they started G R Queens pride, begur road in the year 2010 and still its in progress and they are least interested in completing the project. Resident who bought from this builder are so depressed and feel unlucky to have interacted with the builder.

Even I have invested in the project and now I get feeling like my money is gone and always think about recovering the money by filing case against the builder.

CHEATERS AND INSENSITIVE CREATURE, I wish god never bless them, almost all the resident feel the same way in gr queens pride.

Do not waste your hard-earned money with this builder. This builder is a big time cheater and lier. This project is delayed by 3 years. '

Residents are struggling for basic amenities like power and lift. Residents are using stairs to climb to 8th floor. This builder always gives false promises and false deadlines. This builder is irresponsible and do not have any intention to complete this project. DO NOT INVEST YOUR MONEY WITH BUILDER IN FUTURE ALSO.

Guys, beware of the builder named GR queens pride from builder GR promoters. The builder is not giving possession which is supposed to be march 2013 as per initial agreement but its going to end 204, the builder is not giving possession.

Builder playing with the customer saying it will be ready next month,

Excuses

1. 
   lift giy taken money and absconded,

   no labour etc.
   

The true color of the builder shown after most of the money taken from the customer.

The builder only knows how to give excuses and get rid of things and delayed the project. The building is almost same as it was in 2013 end.

Builder is not telling anything about the when they will give amenities like lift, swimming pool and a long list of things initially promised.

Do let me know the legal procedure to get rid of this problem.
