I have seen about this builder in my own eyes and heard a lot about this builder but I am confused.


I heard the maintenance charges in Gopalan building starts from 2.5k to 5k in few places and he promises big time about many things finally he will cheat you is what I have heard you need to own it to experience it please do tell me whom should I believe seeing this

Sir, we are not collecting 2.5 to 5 L towards maintenance. We started with 1 Re per sft and the association has taken over the maintenance recently and they are also charging only Rs 1.75 per sft and not more.This revision is inevitable and is due to...the escalation in the cost of materials, wages etc.
