I would suggest you to please spare some time from your daily routine to know the Directors of Goldmine & Excel Retails(Noida Sec-63) who are running the Sexual activities in the company since long and when someone raised their voice to stop this things in the company then they forced his/her for resignation.
1) This is to inform you that Goldmine Developers posted the job opening in Job portal in the company name of Homes Domains INC for the profile of Front Desk Executives for Noida Location. Where they required the Female candidates for the same.
2) Many of female candidates had applied for this position and they received the call from company HR for the interview invitation, they came to the Goldmine office and met with HR and after shortlisted by the HR candidate required to meet with Goldmine Directors for finalization(Gaurav Gupta/ Shaleen Sing & Sunil Singh) where they rejected the candidates without giving the valid justification to HR. When Company HR asked the reason for the same then they said that they required the female candidates between ages of 21yrs -25yrs unmarried fresher girls and should be good looking. Then Goldmine HR took the multiple interviews for this position and shortlisted few candidates as per the requirement by the Goldmine Directors.
3) Directors of Goldmine finalized multiple female candidates for this position and after salary negotiation by Goldmine HR one candidate has ready to join but at the time of joining Shaleen Sing & Sunil Singh asked the candidate to join our sister concern company Excel Retails. When HR came to know about this from the candidate then HR was shocked because this position opened for Goldmine Developers then why Goldmine Directors sending her to Excel retails. Then HR discussed the same with the Directors but HR didn’t get the satisfactory answer from them.
4) After couple to days of her joining Goldmine HR received the call from the candidate regarding her resignation and where she wants to logged the FIR against Goldmine & Excel retails Directors because Raj Singh Bisht Director of Excel Retails and one female employee forced her to compromised for Sex with all the directors(Goldmine & Excel Retails) where she needs to go with the directors in Dubai but she denied for this then they forced her to come to the office after official hours or weekly off when no one in the office accept directors.
5) After the knowing of these things from the candidate again HR was shocked and asked her to not come to the office till the time issues get resolved. Then Goldmine HR raised his voice in front of all the directors regarding the same then all the directors(Gaurav Gupta/ Shaleen Sing & Sunil Singh) gave the lame excuses to mitigate the issue. Then HR resigned from the company by giving the notice to them due to inappropriate culture in Goldmine Developers.
6) This is to bring to your notice that after HR resignation they(Goldmine Directors) requested HR not to disclose this matter with anyone in the Goldmine and outside of the company.
7) I would suggest to all female staff and candidates please don’t recommend and female staff in these company if she has self-respect because some of female staff doing the same things with them in the company since long where she get the handsome amount from them time to time. Also, beware form Sonal Jain who are associated with Goldmine as HR-Head but she can’t deserve for peon position because she is the worst HR in the industry if we(industry HR) compare our responsibility and self-respect with her then this is a very shame for us because she don’t know how to speak and write to email in English if someone raised their queries with her and many things are there and you will get to know more about when you interact with her.
