I had booked a flat in Golden Opulence in 2012 in Tower 7. I had cleared all dues till date on time. I was called by one of their CRM executives for the option of conversion of Flats to a bigger flat.


They offered me a very good price for the flat transfer since I had been regular in adhering to the payment schedule.


I accepted their offer and I am now a proud owner of a bigger flat.
