Last week I visited the Golden Opulence site along with my 2 colleagues to see the flats and book. During entry the security asked me where you are  going. Informed to then to meet the project in charge reg some sales requirement.


This is to avoid to going with marketing dept or sales person so that my observation is not disturbed by any one.


we visited the all towers, while entering in the one of the Tower( Tower name I don't know) I found I person was speaking in the phone and talking to some one( He was not noticed us and we are inside the one of the flat along with my colleagues 2 members) about the one customer was trapped inside the lift few months back and he only not opened the lift immediately after they trapped.  while he was speaking in the phone I understand that he was not realizing his mistake and he also informing that even if the customer enters the lift without his permission he will switch of the lift again.(weather the customer is male or female, or old people or childs he is worried about the same).


His concern is the Golden Homes Marketing team needs to go and get his permission to enter in the lift.


By listening that conversation I shocked about the approach of the Golden Homes employee.


Then we walked through the stair case up to 16th floor to see the top view. This happen from 45minutes from the above incidence.


While we are in the 16th floor in one of the flat the same person came to 16th floor along with one


lady and both are entered in one of the flat opp to the lift and both are kissing each other and much more to say as a lady I can not spell out in the open forum.


Then we all came down through the stair case . While we came to ground floor both are came to ground floor through lift. After both are moved from


And we checked with the persons around us about their name and where they are working and they informed that The person name was Mr. Saravanan and he is taking care of all Electrical, plumbing and lifts works, and the lady name they don't know but the lady doing the house keeping activity.


The above incident proves me that, the golden homes employee attitude is not good with customers and management is not worried about the  employee attitude. This attitude will not come in one day or one month to the person. I don't know how many years he is working in the organization.


If one employee will have this kind of attitude In other company, the same day that person will be sent out.I don't know why Golden Homes is not taken action even the issue came in the public forum.


Even after the message flashes in the public forum, he is continuing in the work means there is lot of management issue in the project and which is not going / Known to Golden Homes Managing Director or Human Resource Dept.


If one person behaves with customer itself by switching off the lift, I am not able to imagine the  about his attitude. With other colleagues.


By this kind of attitude with customers it self the employee have means, think about the condition of person working under him.
