Beware of the negative reviews by competitor

Review On Golden Homes, Chennai

Its more than two years since I booked my flat and I have personally referred 2 of my friends to book in Golden Opulence. As soon as I saw the latest review I called Mr. Hari to confirm if there is any truth to it. Hari denied any such happenings and also pointed to me the fact that two of negative reviews was posted by the person with the same name Madhumitha. He stated that some of the competitors in the locality are trying to defame Golden Homes.

Personally I am happy with Golden Homes . They stated that they would be handing over by Dec 2015 which seems difficult at present even though my flat is more than 90% completed.  So I am little disappointed in that but I know people in real estate sector I know how tough it is in the current scenario. As per the agreement the completion date is Dec 2016 but I was orally informed that they would be completing it well before that. I still hope that will start the handover by the first half of 2016.

For all those who are considering buying in Golden Opulence, please go and visit the project personally before making the decision. There is also a owners group in FB and Indian real estate through which you can get the updates. So don't fall for the fake reviews.
