Golden Gate Properties headquartered in Hyderabad but with a number of projects in Bangalore and having their office in Koramangala promise you high quality apartments with fancy facilities like Club House, Swimming Pools etc. but neither deliver in time or of the promised quality.
There are over 500 families in the Golden Blossom Apartment Complex opp. Sai Baba Ashram in Kadugodi near Whitefield Railway Station in Kadugodi, Bangalore who have been suffering for the past five years on account of this unscrupulous builder. The Complex comprises eight towers of which seven were completed in 2009 whilst the eighth - the SIGNATURE BLOCK for which luxurious facilities and designs were promised in the brochures is still far from complete though delivery was promised in October, 2008.
Around 60 families(The Block has 112 Apartments but buyers are yet to move in on account of unfinished facilities) are living under unhygienic, unhealthy and unsafe conditions.
External and internal painting has not been completed; Kaveri Water Supply has not been connected(despite extra funds having been collected for the same); Only two lifts have been commissioned of which one is under breakdown most of the time); Fire Systems and Lifts have not been tested for safety; Entry to the Tower is uncontrolled as access doors with the promised electronic locks have not been installed; Video Door Phones and Fire Extinguishers have not been provided and work is incomplete in almost every apartment.
Garbage is collected from each apartment and is thrown just outside the apartment block so that monkeys and stray dogs are always surrounding the building and are a danger to the residents.
Yet the builder wants to collect Maintenance Charges from the residents even though as per the Sale Agreement, they are to maintain the building for one year after completion. Though the block is far from complete, the Builder is adamant and has threatened to withdraw all services.
I would strongly advise all concerned to stay away from Golden Gate Properties and their Associate Company - Presha Properties if they value their hard earned money and are really interested in getting a roof over their heads.
