I have been a GGPL customer since 2004 and have bought GGPL properties in Hyderabad and Bangalore. GGPL provides good quality of construction at reasonable rates. The choices of geographical area where they propose new ventures have also been good from a return-on-investment point of view. The floor plans are also well thought of. All in all, we have been happy dwellers in GGPL homes since the last 7 years

To summarize, till date, I have only invested in Golden gate properties and I am extremely happy with my home and with the investments made with Golden gate properties.
