I would recommend all not to invest in any Golden Gate properties. Myself and 2 of my friends invested in the Golden gates properties @ Golden homes phase II at Attibelle. We had paid Advance of 3 lakhs + some other changes some 6 months ago, but still now no work has been started. In spite of calling and compiling quite number of times there is no response from the company.

I am fed up with their attiMr_customtakeouter. When ever we ask they will say like we will start the work this month....but ....nothing happens. Now I am paying the pre-EMI without any land or villa. My friends + some who have booked villas are planning to put a joint pass petition/case against the company.
