This company customer service is not good because here worker do not work good.In this company staff courtesy is also not good because any work not finished time to time.Just I want to say this company is not good but this company work want so make this good company.

Product implementation rate is not good but OK. This company is not good.

When i approached the owners for buying a new flat from golden city layout promoters pvt limited whose office is located in tambaram sanitorium, they spoke like sugar. They said that all the things are customizable as per the customer needs which is also mentioned in their website ( goldencitylayouts.com) but once you give the advance amount and the initial payment the tone of the owners change and they deny to do the things we customers ask for. Me and my friend had a horrible experience with them and we are fighting to get our work done.

They say that they will not do whatever customer is requesting, also they say that extra work like balcony grill and all they will keep by themselves without even informing the customer. Once when we asked about it they say that they will inform these kind of things to the customer. The owners wont even visit the site and all the things are taken care by the supervisors who are not at all useful for anything. All the departments like construction, plumbing, electrician and tiles are very very useless fellows and they do whatever they want. My sincere request would be please don't prefer the golden city layout promoters private ltd and please pass on this message to your friends also to make general awareness.
